Lead Developer, Power Platform (Helsinki / Oulu)
Do you want to be part of OP Financial Group's transformation journey towards Microsoft's cloud services and be responsible for implementing strategically selected technologies across all OP’s business operations?
We are now looking for a Lead Developer in a permanent position for the Power Automation team.
A few words about the job
Our Power Automation team owns the development of OP's group-level Power Platform. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible, together with your team, for the productization and development of Power Platform capabilities as part of OP's cloud transition to Microsoft products.
The team is part of a department that owns all OP platforms and is responsible for all OP's M365 services and the OP Azure Platform.
In your daily work, you will document and communicate technical guidelines, best practices, and development-supporting processes. In the role of Lead Developer, you will support developers around you in developing their skills. You can design Power Platform-based solutions and review and comment on solution plans made by others. Additionally, you will act as an Epic Owner and help your colleagues learn and develop as Power Platform developers.
Our team works flexibly from the office in Vallila, Helsinki, or Oulu, and we also utilize remote work flexibly according to OP's hybrid work model within Finland.
What we expect from you?
We are looking for an experienced developer who enjoys working at the interface of business and understands what successful productization of technologies requires. In your previous roles, you have been accustomed to helping developer colleagues find solutions and enjoy being in a responsible, guiding role.
The position requires experience with the following technologies and tools:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Power Automate for desktop
- Power Platform environment management
- Copilot Studio
Knowledge of Power Pages, test automation tools for Power Platform, and CI/CD tools based on GitHub Actions are considered an advantage.
