Application process for OP Kiitorata trainee programme has ended

We received a large number of applications again this year. Many thanks for them! We have contacted every applicant regarding further measures, and we have selected the trainees for 2020. The application period for the next Kiitorata programme starts in autumn 2020.

Launched in 2016, Kiitorata is OP’s trainee programme that aims to provide development opportunities for professionals early in their career with support from our experts. We have been further developing and increasing the size of the programme every year, which is true for this year as well. There are open trainee positions now also in our local OP cooperative banks. 43 open-minded and bold talents will be employed to versatile and challenging duties that enhance their professional skills in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Southwest Finland and South Karelia.

The positions are mainly suited for university students and new graduates who have a great attitude and a passion to develop and show their skills as part of the transforming OP. In addition to a supervisor and local team, the work, development and networking of the trainees are supported by a personal mentor and OP’s HR team. The trainees will be employed at OP on fixed-term contracts of 6 months (1 March–31 August) and they will all be earning the same salary: EUR 2,700 per month.

Open trainee positions
