The application process for the OP Kiitorata trainee programme has ended. Thank you for the applications we have received. We have contacted all applicants regarding next steps. Next Kiitorata application period will start in autumn 2019.

Kiitorata is a trainee programme launched in 2016 that aims to provide development opportunities for professionals early in their career with support from OP’s experts. We are now looking for 43 open-minded and bold talents for versatile and challenging tasks that will develop their expertise in our various business divisions.

The positions are mainly suited for university students and recent graduates who have a great attitude and the desire to develop and show their skills as part of the transforming OP. In addition to a supervisor and local team, the work, development and networking of the trainees are supported by a personal mentor and OP’s HR team. The trainees will be employed at OP on fixed-term contracts of 6 months (1 March–31 August) and they will all be earning the same salary: EUR 2,700 per month.
