By joining us, you will become part of the OP Financial Group's Development and Technology organization. Our organization develops digital services and systems for our customers and our own staff. We are responsible for OP's ICT strategy, technology guidelines, architecture, common platforms, infrastructure, and the OP Group's cybersecurity. The Development and Technology area employs a total of 5,000 IT professionals from both our own team and our partners.

What is this about?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the OneStream solution and directly influence the appearance of the solutions we create. You will be responsible for developing the OneStream Financial Close software and ensuring its successful implementation together with the team. Developing and maintaining the integrations of the OneStream solution is an essential part of your job.

You will get to work closely with your OneStream team and collaborate seamlessly across team boundaries with OP's business and finance teams to ensure effective utilization and continuous optimization of the system. You will also report according to our agreed practices.

What skills are we looking for?

We hope you already have experience in OneStream application development and enthusiasm to share your expertise and continue learning to become a deep expert in the field. You might have a background as a software developer, controller, or analyst with experience in working with financial management technical solutions.

Here is a more detailed list of what we are looking for in your application and the topics you will work on in this role:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in OneStream application development, especially in financial close processes.

• Strong skills in programming languages such as VB.net, Visual Basic, Python, and SQL.

• Experience with OneStream features such as business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, data integrations, and custom calculations.

• Experience with cloud-based OneStream applications and a good understanding of ETL processes and tools.

• Understanding of the operations of financial organizations and strong collaboration skills with financial experts such as analysts and controllers.

• Previous experience with Hyperion or similar financial systems is a plus.
