Senior Integration Developer, Azure and D365 CRM

What’s the role like? 


We are seeking for two (2) talented and experienced Integration Developers to join our teams (Infinity and Retail banking), where you will work on OP Group’s CRM and its business-specific integration needs. The Infinity team is responsible for developing an Azure-based integration framework for our Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM. Respectively, the Retail banking team develops business-specific integrations related to Dynamics. The end-goal for both teams is to help our OP staff in their daily work in servicing our customers. You will be an integral part of our IT teams, working closely with other team members and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our CRM system.


The integration development focuses on event streaming and API integrations, as well as traditional batch integrations. The teams are tasked with creating innovative approaches for integrating and utilizing data across the entire OP Group within our CRM platform.

What we hope from you:


We warmly welcome diverse software development backgrounds. The key to succeeding in this role is that you have extensive hands-on coding experience, willingness to learn new things and you enjoy working within a team and are also willing to share your experiences among stakeholders! In this role fluency in English is a must and fluency in Finnish is considered as a plus. 
 
Competencies that we value in these positions are following: 

  • Must-have core competencies: 

  • Experience in Azure, especially Function Apps + Service Bus + App Service 

  • Azure DevOps 

  • Git 

  • .NET/C# 

  • integration patterns: message- + event-based and API-based 

 

In addition, here are some other competencies that would be valuable to have

  • IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) 

  • D365/Dataverse/Power platform 

  • Kafka 

  • Azure Event Hubs 

  • IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) 

  • API management solutions 

  • .NET Core Web Api apps 

  • Robot Framework
