Customer Relations and Data Management Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer who has strong technical and insurance business background in Mainframe environment and who is familiar with DB2, CICS, CA Gen, PL/1, Cobol, or integrations with Stored procedures, Rest APIs and messaging queues. 

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our well-working team, to help us develop and maintain our critical customer management systems in OP Insurance. We have a multi-cultural team, where we respect and help each other. You would be joining a well-working team, with experienced professional as colleagues to help you succeed as a lead! 

What is the role like?

You are responsible for designing and architecting solutions, implementing software, and driving development within a team. Your role includes participating in hands-on fixes and software implementations. Additionally, you will support the Product Owner in tasks that require deeper technical understanding.

This position is located in Helsinki, Vallila.

What we expect from you?

• Over 15 years of experience in system development related to customer relationship management in Pohjola's insurance business and the associated processes.  

• Understanding of the P2000 data model.  

• Proficiency in GEN-tools, Easy++, PL/1, Cobol, SQL, DB2, Guardien, TSH, and batch processing.
