Everything in our business starts from data centers, servers and telecommunications. Our financial services don’t work unless our servers are functioning properly. We are managing and developing our server capacity, physical and virtual, to enhance the base of our business’ needs but also help OP in competitiveness, growth, and efficiency.
We are looking for an IT Service Owner to join our Datacenter & Network team to develop and manage our data centers, capacity services and telecommunications. As Capacity IT Service Owner your responsibilities include capacity planning, capacity forecast and helping our business tribes find out best solutions for their needs. Big part of this job is service management in co-operation with global service provider and ensure OP Capacity services are reliable, well performing and cost efficient. One of our challenges at the moment is to develop Capacity services internal procurement process more predictable. Our goal is to develop our server capacity services to be more adequate, automated, cost-effective and reliable server environment. As an IT Service Owner you will be working with the team and help various stakeholders in  different business units and tribes in Capacity needs. You will not only work closely with OP employees but also with our service providers. You’ll get modern IT environment to work with and almost 10 persons friendly, committed and professional team to help you when needed. 


Are you the professional we are looking for?


In this job you can succeed with various backgrounds. You might have couple of years hands on experience with servers, in IT architecture, or Capacity management and forecast. We hope that you recognize yourself from the following:

•    You are familiar with physical and virtual servers regardless the operating system 
•    You are interested or even have previous experience in managing and working with global suppliers
•    You should understand the basic practices and principles of IT service management and it’s common frameworks such as ITIL at the level that you are able to lead and refine less familiar parties, both internal and external when needed
•    You are willing to use written and spoken English as a working language
